I would like to check one out up close. The only one I saw up close was the prototype at the Cleveland Auto Show last year.

What's cool is that they are not cheaping out on the V-6 model! They are using a version of the Caddy CTS V-6 with ~300 hp.

This is my plan in about 3-4 years now. I want one for a 3rd vehicle, only drive it on nice days and never plan on selling it! My hunch is it could be the last horrah for the v-8 muscle cars as we know them today. My guess is that we will still have fast cars but they will go the route of turbo 6's and/or hybrid tech down the road.

Your confused, if I were Rich, I would have said: "I ordered one but do not have a camera to take pictures of it when it arrives, so you'll just have to believe me or wait until I get a camera."

I only hope the new Camaro is smaller than the new Challenger... that thing is huge and overweight. Hopefully the Camaro will be lighter at least.

Yes, it will be quite a bit lighter.

That a good thing. That Camaro sure looks sweet in pictures. Hopefully the General will recover and build some special edition performance versions too.
