First Night Out...

I posted a few of these in Dan's Whore-It-Up thread.. But, I decided to include a few more. So, here goes...

The new (to me) camera - Canon EOS 5D :

I call this one "The Tree & The Truck" - haha :

On Golden... Lake! :

The beginning of the sunset - you baaaarely see the moon, in the upper-left corner :

I turned my back for about 2 minutes, to take some pictures of some smoke (so I could try to figure out where it was coming from and go get pictures of whatever was on fire) - When I turned back around, all the yellows had turned into pinks! :

I couldn't find the fire. So, I went downtown, instead. Chesapeake Plaza - Downtown Fort Worth :

...and then I drove over to Las Colinas, to get a few pics of the Mustangs (they're at the back of the picture) :

...and then I came back home and got away from all the drunk people running around loose on the streets...!

Thanks! It took a little post-production work in Photoshop and ACDSee to get the look the way I wanted it. But, I like the way it turned out.

Yeah, I like that last sunset picture... more for the colors than the content. Seems like it needs something else in it..

Well, at least you're not trying to sell in Hell-A or somewhere like that, where the market is AWFUL and houses are losing value crazy-fast! I'm sure you'll have more luck, after all the bears come out of hibernation.....
