We didn't have to go very far to get to the snow here today, just out the door. We got 6+ inches, it was in the 20's all day, and in the last 3 hours it has dropped to near 0 degrees and the wind has picked up. The snow is just about done, but the Winter Storm Warnings and Blizzard warnings are still in effect until tomorrow evening due to extreme cold temps and high winds moving in. The snow will be blowing around like crazy tonight and tomorrow. Wind chills will be -35 to -40 degrees.

WooHoo!!!

Why not? :D These are the best nights for it. :P

The winds are from the North, and my house faces north, so the house acts as a windbreak and the Hot Tub is on the rear deck with a wind break on 2 sides.

Old pic, there are now stairs along the end of the deck (near the hose) and that end wall extends all the way out now.

That's a cool pad Jeff, but damn,-30? brrrrrrrrrrrrrr! People complain when it gets down to +30 here.I guess it's all what you're accustomed to.Do you cut your lawn yourself or do you have a gardener do it? A riding mower looks appropriate here.Maybe one with a 5.3 and5sp.? G80? One more question..how do you keep the hot tub from freezing?

I do my own lawncare, and I use a walk behind mower (self-propelled) and I cut my lawn in 45 mins.

How do I keep it from freezing? I leave the jets running. :D It is HEATED...hence the term "Hot Tub". :P
