Already cooked : Pecan pie, carrot cake, and coconut merengue pie.. In the oven : dutch apple pie. I still need to make the icing for the carrot cake. I'll do that in the morning, after the cake has cooled sufficiently. I'm thinking I may make some cookies, too...

This way, I can get "some" of a lot of things I've been wanting for a while, but I'm taking to where other people will be, so I don't be eating ALL of each of 'em!
