Where Is The Duramax Manufactured

I know the Duramax was designed by Isuzu.  However, does GM or Isuzu manufacture it and where?

Morraine, Ohio in a joint venture plant called Duramax Limited, which was built from the graound up to build the Duramax 6600 engine.  Duramax Limited is co-owned by GM and Isuzu, I think Isuzu holds the slightly larger stake, but I'm not sure off the top of my head.

Colorado Kid is correct -- it is manufactured by DMAX, LTD in Moraine, Ohio.  However, the numbers look like this:

 

DMAX LTD is split equally (50/50) between GM and Isuzu, but GM actually owns 49% of Isuzu anyway, so I guess you could say DMAX LTD is 74.5% owned by GM (GM's half of DMAX plus their 49% of Isuzu's half of DMAX = 50% + 24.5%)!
