I got one that is really confusing.  My turn signal does not work when my lights are on, if I have either parking lights or headlights on my turn signal will blink really fast then go out and not come back on, if my lights are off they work just fine.  My hazzard lights work with the lights off, when I turn them on they go a little faster than usuall, but not as fast if there is a burnt out bulb.  Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing this.

First off, are you wired for a trailer? If so, check that harness out real closely. They get pretty beat up.

Have you replaced any bulbs or the flasher relay?

Wrong bulb type or light duty flasher could do it.

Maybe the flasher relay is worn (Getting hot).

It sounds to me like there is a short in the parking light/blinker wiring.

check the grounds on your lights, it sounds like a light has a bad ground and is grounding back through the turn signal wiring, when you turn on the turn signals it causes the problem. turn your parking/headlites on, make sure they are all working, then leaving them on, turn on the turn signals, even though they don't work, check to see if one of the parking lights went out, that is probably where you'll find the bad ground.
