Finally towed with it

I finally got to tow my tractor last weekend and the truck performed above my expections, the tow / haul mode really turns these trucks into a different animal, I could pull a long steep hill from a stop as good as my long gone ford diesel, there are some places  and instances that this truck will just outperform my old truck. Plus the ride is way better than the ford.  I had my tractor loaded for pulling , weighing in at 6500 lbs, and the rest of the trailer and gear weighed in at 2000lbs for a total of around 8500lbs. The tranny stayed at about 175-185*  on the highway and peaked at 195* on a long hill from a stop. Thanks to all for earlier input on the towing subject.
