One Step Closer To Completing The Blue Led Conversion!

SuperBrightLeds.com recently started selling the replacements for the bulbs in headlight switch, driver side power windows switches, and passenger side power windows and lock switch. So... here they are, they are brighter than this in reality, my camera just doesn't work great in low light.

If you want to do this to your 95+ truck, you need three of SuperBrightLEDs' NEO4 bulbs. These are not the exact replacements for the stock bulbs, but they will work. I did notice that on SBL's Out Of Stock/New Products page, NEO3 replacements will be coming towards the end of September. These are more than likely the exact replacements, but you don't need to wait since the NEO4 bulbs work just fine.

This just leaves the power mirrors switch and the drivers side lock switch to be converted. They both takes extremely small bulbs that nobody sells LED replacements for yet. It's also almost impossible to get to the bulbs in the mirror switch without breaking it. There probably won't ever be LED replacements for them because they are so small that there's no room for the resistor needed with LEDs.

what about the Airbag switch and the 4x4 selector switch? those are the two that stick out in my truck full of red LEDs

btw that headlight switch is how many bulbs? and how do you pull it apart to replace them?

No idea, probably just like the mirror switch, damn near impossible to replace.

One. You don't have to open up the headlight switch, it's right there at the bottom of it. Same thing with the door switches, just pry up the panels and look underneath the switches.
