After getting an email from another member who is going thru the same thing as me I thought I would post this. In Janurary I ordered a Chrome tailgate emblem for my truck. Here it is March and still got nothing. I called them last month and they said that they were being delievered on Tuesday and I should get mine by Friday. Well I was told that twice and nothing ever came. I found the HQ and talked to someone and cancelled my order. He said it would take 3 days for the refund to hit my account. Yeah guess what...still haven't gotten my money back. Now they have taken phone numbers off their website and the number I have it tells you that they are closed and their normal business hours are from 9-5PCT. Doesn't matter when ya call it always says that. So DO NOT order from this place! I have reported them as frauds to my bank and am doing everything I can to make this place suffer. I'm tired of crooks and NOBODY is taking my money without me saying it's ok.

That Web site is nothing more than a portal to other companies' Web sites; at least now anyway.
