I hear that gm has a recall on the speedo on the 03-04 models. I am going to send my truck into the dealer to get it looked at. Will I need to change out my wait4me tune back to the stock computer? Will they even bother the computer at all? thanks

For the time it takes I would put the stock one back in, just to be safe. The speedo and pretty much everything else is connected to the computer in some way.

The dealer may hook up the Tech2 to your truck when correcting the speedo. If the Tech2 says that there are updates to any of your "stock" programs, the Tech2 will override all of the programming in the ecm. Better to be safe than sorry.
