How Restrictive Is The Exhaust?

How restrictve is the exhaust? Specifically the exhaust manifolds and head pipes / converters.

 

I know the NBS GenIII are pretty good, but what about the GenI stuff?

 

I am planning on a cat back, but I also need to change the converters and head pipes because of a leak.
