Can Anyone Photoshop Black Fender Flares On My Truck?

I've never been a fan of a 2wd truck with fender flares...i think it looks like a wanna-be 4x4. However, there's some rusting/paint flake around my rear fenders, and im just looking to take care of it, and cover it, since my touch up abilities suck big ones.

 

Note: My lower portion is herculined, but not in this older photo.

You can see the back where the paints pealing, and the new herculined lower...

 

I herculined the lower, as you remember, because everything below was HEAVILY rusted/rotted after 2 years, and it was a cheap fix...and doesnt look too bad, either.

 

I think i might have been the first one to herculine my lower too.
