Exhaust Brakes

my parents have a stock 02 duramax and there thinking of getting an exhaust brake put on because of the huge 5th wheel they hual. the one guy around here recomends pacbrake because its dealer is out of the city just north of here so its warrenty is covered here in canada. but i was wondering what brand do you run and what do you suggest?
