Anyone In Shreveport Have Tuner?

Recommended Posts

I have called just about everyone in town & either they can't do it or they tell me the whole PCM has to be reprogrammed just to change the tire size, they want about $200 to do it.

Does anyone up here in NW La. (or close-by) have a handheld that can do this for me? I am hoping to get a tune in late September but would like to get the speedo/odo corrected now so I can get an accurate change on gas mileage after the tune.

Also, I am hoping to find someone that can do the crank relearn once I get the tune...

A hand held tuner won't work for what you're trying to do. They will VIN lock to the vehicle they get loaded to, so unless someone is willing to give up their hand held tuner you have to go another route. But, all is not lost, see this thread for more info...

Well, that sucks! I cannot see paying $255 for something JUST to change the tire size...Guess I will just have to wait on the tune in another month or two.
