Here are some pics of my truck. Not enought light outside, but oh well. Also my tranny is needing to be rebuilt. Anyone know a ball park price for this?

Teamgreen, looks good! Isn't that a 92 or 93? My '90 Jimmy had the same grill and trim but not the newer style front fenders where the amber markers are, so Im guessing here.

As for the transmission, it probably all depends on where you bring it and what it actually needs done so its anybodys guess. I'd get a few different estimates. If the estimates are real high, you might be better off replacing the whole thing with something which is built better than just a stock rebuild.

Do you have a 700R4? Depending on the transmission, might want to check these out and compare prices to rebuilding costs.

I had the same 4 headlights on my 90, but older style fenders.. now Im wondering..what year is that, TeamGreen? Maybe the bodystyles were different on the fullsize Jimmys as they were on the pickups(?)

Thanks for all the nice comments. My truck is an 89. In 88-89 there are four seperate headlights. I got a few estimates for my tranny to be rebuilt and they were about $1200-$2000. If I were to get a whole new tranny which one should I get? Anyone know what years the 90's full size blazers were made because im looking around for one. I want something different cause theres only one at my school. About 10 people have lifted chevys. If not then I might want to get a 2 door tahoe.
