Ok ok, my Grand Prix

Finally got my pics back, and in them was a pic of my car that several of you (namely General Lee) wanted to see. Well here it is. Although its a really nice car, its not a truck. As a result, once I can find a deal I can live with a three quarter ton will be in its place. When that will happen, who knows.

And here I was thinking you got a picture of the only cool guy to drive one of those cars. To be honest though, I don't have any problems with the Grand Prixs, especially the supercharged versions.

Actually that is a very sporty lookin' ride Jp. Though it doesn't haul hay or cows, I bet it hauls azz!

That's a darn good looking car to cruise campus in!!!! Let's see... I was cruisin' the campus in a 1979 Ford Fiesta (German car), and then a 1983 Chevrolet Chevette!!!

Imagine my surprise to see a topic over here pertaining to my obsession!!

No, I'm just going to let it be, no plans for the track or anything. It is amazing how I ended up with it though. I dumped my S-10 Blazer back in early August when I found someone to buy it, figured I had three weeks to find a truck or I'd just buy a car to get by with. Well it got down to two days until I had to go to school and I had no vehicle. Went up to the local dealer and was about to get a Lumina (not my first choice) when he asked if I saw the Prix sitting out back. Some kid had a ten dollar deposit on it and hadn't called back, they gave him a day to make up his mind, he turned it down, dealer called me and I got a great deal on it, $10750 out the door.
