very nice tom how much did the swap cost. i was thinking about doing that too. And if you dont mind what is the part number of the clear covers.

btw nice paint that clay bar really makes it look sweet.

Thanks guys. They were $41 and some change (plus $11.00 S&H ) from ProCarParts.com The part number I ordered was P1040053.

I think they would look good Shane. Something about that one orange reflector always bothered me. I thought it looked out of place. If the top had a orange reflector, I may have thought differently, because I liked the way it looked on my '91. Maybe had something to do with kind of clashing withe the red paint. I don't know.

I dont know why vehicles like the newer astro vans had no orange corners while all the rest do!

Sounds like you paid a good price for them too.. Even with the conversion it wouldn't be 100 bucks CDN..

hey those clear really set the truck off nice.i think i to will order those clear .did you change the color of your bulb to?

captain midnight, yes I did change the bulb to an amber one. They actually came with enough bulbs for the whole thing. I've had amber DRL's for over a year now, so all I actually changed was the little 194 bulb for the new "clear" section.

dang tom that looks sweet you are going to make me want to buy them know. I really like the clean look. . I wished i know something about photoshop so that I can add mods to it to see how it looked.

Thanks, glad you like it.

I wish I know more about photo editing also. That was pretty easy actually. I used paint shop pro and just colored in the orange part with the white/gray colors of the surrounding lights.

When i first got my truck, I did a little bit of stuff like drawing steps bars and stuff. Didn't really look very good, but gave me a little idea of how it would look.
