Paint My Grille

There's a lot of scatches and pitting on my chrome grille shell. Instead of buying a new one I'm just going to paint it.

(the jackass who cut the grass blows the clippings towards the cars!!)

 

I was thinking about painting it like this:

The sides would be gray and the middle would be red. Can somebody please photoshop this?

I take it that when you say red, you mean the same color as the truck is ?

I'm not too good at shading and reflections, but...
