03+ Tail Lights Fit On A 2000 Silverado?

My current tail-lights are quite ugly imho. The newer silverado's I think 03 and up have the rounded tail lights. Is there any way of getting those onto my truck ? Or maybe another aftermarket version that resembles them ? Thank you

yes they will work you also need the wiring harness

Does it matter which year taillights I buy? Will all of the 03 - 07 fit the 2000 with just a matter of buying the wiring harness? What would be the best website to purchase them from or maybe just go through a dealer? Thank you

ebay is a good place to start looking for parts, they have wide array of parts at a pretty good deal. you may also search on some online stores. there are tons of gmc tail lights available in the market.. I'm sure you'll find one. good luck..

I assume the newer harness is simply due to a change in connector type at the tail light?
