What the H3LL are they thinking? I think who ever is approving these designs is blind, or trying to sabitaush (sorry, you might have to sound it out...) GM or something!!!!

I like the new look of the 2003 Chevy Silverados. I know a lot of people are mad about the front end change but in time I think it will grow on them. When the current model came out in '99, tons of people hated it. I plan on buying a '03 1500HD some time in the next six to eight months. The new front end definitly makes the truck look way more mean and powerful looking then the current model. After you see them driving on the road for awhile I'm sure it will look way more appealing to you.

Well I agree with you on one thing....Some things do grow on people as time goes on...but I have to say this will not be one of them.

The front end looks lower slopped and it makes the truck appear to have even more of a rake then it did before. People will not have enough torsion bar adjustment to raise it up to look like it should. Even my 01 had this slope effect. Not sure why GM does this...Just make it sit level for cryin out loud...

Congrats on the upcoming purchase...Regardless of style preference CHEVY is Still King in my book.......I just wish they would ask us USERS rather than a bunch of retired trailer park people that have never bought a new car and just go to the consumer polls for the $75.00 they pay for coming...... ;)

So when you put a load in the bed, or tow a heavy load, the rear end doesn't squat down so low that the front end is sitting higher.

I bet the GMC out sales the Chevy big time next year!

I don't understand why they felt the urge to make such a drastic change. Ford and Dodge still can't compare to the 99-2002 model GM trucks. I wonder what the competition will come up with to show up the new changes. They may just sit back and chuckle.......like me!

I think it is too radical for me, looks very geeky and wimpy. I have seen a few on the lot , and sitting next to an 02 they look like something buck rodgers were drive. If it grows on me..shoot me. YUK YUK YUK!!
