Thats a difficult question!! Look at my sig. I do/did what pleases me! I like being unique, people see driving down the road they know thats me LOL. If I see another truck like mine, I'll change it!......Name one vehicle on the road that you can personalize as much as you can a GM truck,and without spending a ton of money!!......

The only thing that truck needs as a "mod" is a big ol' 4x4 ATV in the back of it.

A tire/wheel combo and duals is almost the standard for first mods! lol...

 

Looks like MO plates on the truck in the first pic and then I see you have the Pitt State plate on the front. Wherebouts are you from? My family used to live in KC and my bro went to Pitt State.

Your truck looks good right now, but if it doesn't make some noise I would suggest some sort of exhaust system.
