PUTCO tube grille

I purchased a PUTCO tube grille for my Sierra truck. The grille was very poor quality. There were pits on some of the bars, some of the bars were not uniform and some of the welds were bad.

 

I had a bad experience with customer service on this.

IMO, if the company doesn't want to make it right, I try the BBB(Better Business Bureau). They usually solve problems, and its free.
