4 wheel drive wont go in 4hi 0r low

earlyer today i tryed to use 4hi i was stoped and in drive i pressed the 4hi button and it went in but the yellow light went off and it disaperd so i put it back in 2wd and the light came back on any one have this problem befor

I had the same type of problem on my last rig ('98 Z71) and thought it was something huge, but it turned out to be nothing more than a bad fuse.  What kind of fuse I can't exactly remember, but it was taken care of in about 5 minutes.
