Is this a factory amp?

I bought a 93 Silverado that needs some TLC. This was under the seat, not attached to anything. What is it? I have a guess, but I'm not 100% sure....don't know if it goes to this truck or something else.

this is the radio. the controller and the tape deck or equlizer hook into this. it originally mounts under the dash.

 

I'm guessing that u must have a after market deck in it or your radio doesn't work
