I ordered a set of Husky mud guards

Recommended Posts

I was browsing the net tonight and ended up ordering a set of Husky Mud Guards for my truck.  They were about $56  delivered for all four.  I may try and paint them to match but I'm not sure yet...  The only thing I'm sure of is that I'm tired Of the crap that flies out of the treads on the stock tires hitting on the botoom of the rocker panels...  I hope these will help.

Shanners,

Do you live in that long thing or is that what you call camping? LOL. Actually that is a nice looking combo. Have fun with it.

That's '52 + feet of camping (truck and trailer).  I have three kids and a dog and the trailer has a '14 slide out so we need all the room we can get!!!

By know means are we roughing it like we did years ago when we had our pop-up.  I still miss the pop-up though, but I still do some back packing and tent camping.  So it's not all luxury!!!

is there a big tv in the big thing behind your truck??  i want a long thing to tow with my truck too!!

No Paco, I only have a 13" with built in VCR.  If you want to tow something like that you'll have to use the "burb", because my old 5.4L F*rd really struggled with it...  ('97 LD F250 excab 4x4 (the first and last F*rd truck I'll ever own...  sorry man)).

The v-10 will pull it like no problem...  I thought you were looking at the 4.6L v-8 because you didn't like the milage...  Since you have a nice company truck, then keep the V-10 and spend the money on a good travel trailer...  I love mine!!!
