MullenFabworks

Recommended Posts

My name is Brent, I own an off-road fabrication company called Mullen Fabworks, which is based in Norwalk, CA. I purchased this truck from one of my dad's friends for a deal. I know the paint is out there, but the truck was in great shape when I bought it. It only had 60k on it. The sort of downfall for me was that it was lowered, but I took care of take a few months ago. When I got the truck it had a Bel-Tech drop kit front and rear, sat on 17" Budniks, and was completely shaved. I had a few problems blowing tires, which would inturn thrash the wheels. After the 3rd time I decided to bail the wheels and get my truck up off the ground. Currently it has some Rock Crawler 17" wheels with 35" ProComp A/T, Fabtech lift spindle, Glassworks front fenders, Beard seats, and some Doug Thorley headers. My plan is to build this truck into a prerunner, more or less. I am finishing the build on my Toyota right now, which will be my race truck. My Chevy will be caged front to back, custom Mullen Fabworks front end, which will eventually be available to the public, running 2.5 coil-overs and 3.0 4-tube bypass shocks, and the rear will consist of custom Deaver leafs, along with 3.0 4-tube bypass shocks as well. It will be designed such that I can still carry 2 bikes in the back, yet the truck will be capable of racing. The full build on this truck won't start until the end of August, but I will keep everyone posted. Now here are some pictures (click to make larger):
