looking for a smooth ride C10 83'

I have 38's on my C10 jacked up but the ride seems to be very bumpy.

tires are new, I installed Rancho's 9 position. The only thing now is the OLD bench seat which I know is causing alot of bounce...old foam and springs. I also have leafs in the from. I think the Seat is causing most of it, any one else. How is your ride???comfort??
