2001 2500HD CCSB 4x4 8.1/A 4.10

Well my wife just sent me photos of my present, I have attached them above. WOW is all I can say, I was going to do a 8.1/A Swap into my other truck, she talked me out of it last week, yesterday she sent me these photos and said, "is this what you wanted?" It is a 2001 2500HD Crew Cab Short Bed 4x4, LT Package, with 8.1/Allison, Fiberglass Lid on the bed, line-x bedliner, westin tubular step bars, ranch hand replacement front bumper (off my old truck) and american racing aluminum wheels with scorpion at's for gripping the road. I wont even be able to see, touch or drive her for 6 months, but she sure does look good in my driveway, and the wife says the truck looks even better in person than in the photos. She parked her in the garage and thats where she'll sit until I come home. WOW, What a surprise, thought she didnt want me spending any money on the swap, guess she had a trick up her sleeve, I had been talking about the 8.1L swap for about a year with her, while I was trying to locate a donor truck. Now I save a bunch of time and energy, and get to enjoy her straight out.

On another note, I installed the wires for the mirror signals today and only made one bonehead mistake. I'll post it when I have everything ready. I'm trying to get my camera to work!
