6.0 swap

i found a totalled 2500hd with 6.0 and 4L80 tranny. i have a 94 K1500 with tbi 5.7 and 4L60 tranny. if i had the ecu, tranny and engine how hard would it be to swap 6.0 into my truck. would there be anything else i would need for the swap. i was also thinking about getting the 14 bolt out of the rear end.
