True Flow Air Intake

Howdy all, i was doing some internet research and stumbled across the true flow site, i had heard that they were pretty good but i have never invested in one.

 

My 1st question is: are they any good

My 2nd question is: are there gains realistic

(13hp & 15lb-ft)

They are good you will notice a good difference but you will not see that much hp or torque more like 2-5hp and 1-3tq.

Have you used one??? if so how much was it because i have not found a price

I have not used one i went the cheap way open cone filter at the end of the stock tubing. The intake system your talking about run you around 220-250$ At that price you can get an airaid MIT and drop in a k&n filter for about 149. Or you can go with the mit that runs you 99$ (its a tube just like the trueflow) and after the maf do a open cone filter 25$-40$

I would love to see a shootout with all of these CAI Mfg's on a dyno to see what the real numbers are.....I think most folks would be dissapointed in what their $200+ CAI did on a dyno as compared to the Mfg's claimed HP/TQE
