Bring out the Gimp. It's just about as powerful a photo editing program as Photoshop, but it's open source, i.e....Free. It's a bit harder to use, but once you get the basics down, the learning curve gets pretty steep. But like I said...FREE to download.

 

 

By the way, that's Vin Diesels dome I used on that bald lion.
