03 C3500 dually rear rotors rotted?

I am currently fighting with the dealer to get GM to replace my rotted rear rotors.

 

I have the original pads with 34K miles and only one pad got to metal but all 4 sides of the rotors are bad.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
