I installed my SS front and rear bumper covers, re-installed the fog lights into the SS fascia. Now I am waiting for my w/t grill and SS tailgate spoiler to come so I can send all 4 pieces out for paint.

Can I ask why you are waiting for the w/t (which I presume to mean Work Truck) grill, when it is obvious that the current grill in your pics looks much sweeter than the w/t grill? Are you going to replace that one with the w/t? If so, why?

Or am I just not thinking clearly? :seeya:

BTW: nice pics! :D:chevy:

I am assuming he is going to replace his stock grille with a W/T grille that is painted to match the truck since the bumpers and whatnot will all be body color too.

Bingo! we have a winner! :seeya:

I want to keep my grill how it is just incase I ever decide to take all of the SS stuff off. I am going to have the W/T grill painted to match the truck and the bumpers, I will have a 5 piece billet grill installed also.

I like how everything looks, but does that rear cover stick out much on the sides? I know the SS has the side cladding. I've always wondered how it would look without it with that rear bump.

Does anyone make a billet insert for the front bumper middle section?

it sticks out a little bit, I had not attached the lower SS bumper brackets in that picture too. I bent the brackets and installed them so the cover is a little closer to the body now. There are a few people that make billet inserts for the SS bumper covers. Check ebay.

Hey Sub72,

Did your truck have the factory fog lights to start? Did you reuse them in your SS bumber cover or get new/different ones?

Who's bumber cover did you use? Is it a plastic cover or a fiberglass (firm) one?

Looks great by the way . . . .

I had factory fog lights to start, I modified them to fit back into the SS fascia. I got the bumper cover on ebay and it is fiberglass. It does not have the best fit but I got it to work.
