How to resize your pictures...

When you take a picture with your digital camera (or scan a pic with your scanner), the dimensions of the picture are, by default, bigger than what will fit comfortably on a monitor (or a gm-trucks.com thread). Here's an easy way to resize your pics. Just go to the following microsoft link:

and install the windows plug-in. After that, you can right-click on the icon for any image file on your PC, and click 'resize picture.' Follow the instructions, and it will create a copy of your pic (in the same folder) that will be more suitable for uploading to gm-trucks.com. Not only will it actually fit on the screen, but it will also shrink the file size to about 20-30kb. That way, anyone can enjoy your pics, not just those of us with broadband. Hope this helps.
