Wheels not balanced

I bought my pickup used and the dealer I bought it from had just put new tires on it. There are no weights on any of the wheels and I'm wondering if he was just trying to save money and skip balancing the wheels. I get a slight vibtration at around 75-80 mph and I'm wondering if the unbalanced wheels are causing this vibration. Should I go get them balanced?

Some wheels are balanced with the weights on the inside of the wheel so they don't show.

 

Balancing is inexpensive, I recommend having them rebalanced.
