RPO Codes???

This may be a dumb question, but here goes...

 

How do you know which RPO codes apply to your vehicle? I do not see any of them listed on my window sticker.

 

Can you determine this from the VIN number?

 

Also, is there a break down anywhere on this site or any other that lists what the Letters/numbers in the VIN represent?
