crome stripping

On my 88 Sierra I want to replace the crome stripping. I have tried many auto parts stores and they don't carry it. Where could I get it at? Maybe a dealer?

If it was factory stuff you'll probably have to get it at the dealer.  It takes years before the parts suppliers get cosmetic stuff like that, and even then only a GM truck specific supplier would typically have it.  Normally the Auto Zones and NAPAs of the world only supply the cheapy plastic rolll of chrome trim, not the pre-cut nice factory stuff.
