mild lift

Hi, I am new to the forum. I have a 2001 suburban LS 1500. I am looking for a set of torsien keys to lift the front approx 2", taller springs, and how big (tall) of a tire (lookin to go a little nubby looking lol) can I fit on a 17x8.5" rim. Can anyone provide me with a few websites.

should I also change out the shocks? If so what type would you recommend?
