Either one of the switches for the passenger side could be bad (they have to both work for either one to work) or the passenger side motor.

Take the switch for the driver's side and swap it in the positions for the passenger side until you find the bad one.

Most likely it's a broken wire (or wires) in the door jamb area. Pull back the rubber boot and look at the wires. If you pull on the wire and insulation stretches, the wire is broken inside. Start with the driver's side as it gets a lot more use.

Splice the breaks and ty-wrap a piece of 1/4" fuel line alongside the wires to make them bend in a larger arc to avoid creating a hinge point in the wires.
