Check 4wd light came on?

This morning when I started my truck the check 4wd warning came up. drove to work, went in for work at lunch it was off. This happened 2 weeks ago, but then I just put it in park, turned it off and it was gone. No idea what is causing this. I used the 4wd a couple of times in the small snow I had in Jan but havent used it since.

 

Any ideas on what might be causing this. As of right now Im going to take it to the dealership and get it checked out in the am.

2004, and yeah it is a push button 4wd

Update

 

There was a TSB for the 4wd. The reprogram the computer which fixes 80% of the trucks with this problem, the others have to get a new module. Hope this helps anyone else who may have this problem.

You would think GM would have figured it out by now, this has been going on since 1999. I had the same problem with my '99. and so has almost everybody else.
