Front-end crunching sound

Today I was going about 45mph and spoted a donut shop.I hit the brakes hard which activated the anti-locks as I made a hard right turn. During the turn and after I staightened out either my front differential or right front brake had a severe mechanical grinding noise.I just had a new front differential installed under warrenty.Time to bring it into the dealer to have it checked out again.It seemed like the front differental might have tried to lock up once more.Any one else having the same problems.So far I have not reproduced the problem.
