PLEASE LOOK!!!!!!!---Where to Order????

Recommended Posts

I was going to order my lift from 4 wheel Parts but now after seeing the Post about how they have a Unsatisfactory Record and seeing all the problems, I am worried about placing a big order and having problems. Where is a good place to go through?

What make or type of lift are you after. I have had real good service from Central Four Wheel Drive.(www.central4wd.com). I bought my RCD lift kit from them and was very pleased with the price and delivery time. :withstupid:

I read all that stuff too. I still bought my lift there. They had the cheapest prices. :withstupid: I did talk to 3 people 2 were very helpful 1 was not. My order was paid for on a monday and i recieved my stuff on wednesday. :D They have 48 stores (I think) Somebody is going to have a problem. Unfortunatly it happens to everyone. Plus most of that was over tire warrenty and installs not parts. The tire buisness is a tricky thing. Nobody really warrenties tires. :nono: If you pay full price and add road hazzerd you may get a replacement tire and you may not. All tire companys have pissed people off. Look at Firesone. Buy your lift at 4wheel parts (if the price is right) they own pro comp, unless you changed your mind on lift companys. It wil be better to deal with them on a lift warrenty then a secondary company selling pro comp lifts and referring you to 4wheel for service.

I also install my own stuff. I would'nt trust alot of so called mechanics touch my ride let alone put a lift on. I even have a good buddy who owns his own shop and would'nt let him or his "tech's" do it either. Guess I'm lucky being a mechanic myself.

I have had a lot of problems with 4Wheel Parts, but for some reason I continue to shop there. Most of the problems involve bad customer service, wrong parts, or damaged parts. I can't say why I keep buying from them, but I just bought something from them last week and will buy stuff from them again.
