Performance Tuners

OK, I sent TByrne an email for info on a Wester's tune. Days later, no response. I read good things about PCM For Less so since I got no reponse on the Wester's, I try him. Guess what....no response. Is this standard for custom tuners? If I can't get a response when I want to give them some money, will I get a response after I buy it and need some help??? I realize everyone is busy but this is frustrating.

I think you may have the stars in alignment as every time I've called Westers and PCM for Less, they were there or got back to me in a day or two. I've emailed both of them over the last year (I'm riding the fence on getting one) and they both emailed me back. They're both a bunch of good folks...be patient...might be a "custom tuner convention" going on in the Caymens or Vegas

Sometimes it's better to just call them. When your busy, it's easy to put aside e-mail for later, but a phone call demands attention!

Yeah, I have heard they are all good people. I'm just not the most patient guy in the world. I guess I just want to spend the money before I waste it on something like my wife.
