Upgrading truck - can't leave well enough alone!

Hey all. I now have a truck again and want to start doing light mods to start. I'd like to know if anyone has any opinions good or bad on the following products

Here's what I am thinking of doing - if any of these are bad, I really want to know so I can minimize any mistakes if possible. Oh yeah, the truck is an 05 Sierra extended cab 4x4 with the 5.3

Volant induction

 

Corsa RSC catback(pro series 4' tips)

 

Wester tune(might have to wait a while, with the 05's, they

aren't sending out the PCM before they get the core due to

limited supply. I can't afford the 2 days downtime)

 

The Other Guys mid length headers(Do I need to cut/weld anything? I'm assuming

I do)

 

If anyone has these mods, what are your impressions/results?

Do you think about 50-60 hp will be attainable with these mods?

Also, I've searched the forums for these mods, but it's hard to find anyone who has all or a few of them together.
