temp oil gauges

Recommended Posts

this is in continuation of my question.ive read lots of other questions and see lots about ignition switches and battery cables.the cables look like brand new.i am just wondering if anybody has had the same problem as me.i just find it weird that the truck starts fine even in the cold weather.(-25-30 degrees celsius)the truck will run fine drive fine then when you stop at a light the oil pressure will drop right off and the check gauges light comes on the check engine light does not come on. i have a feeling the engine is overheating thats why the o.p drops.i am at my wits end with it. ive one everything that i can think of and am sure that it is some small detail that i have over looked.ANY IDEAS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED :wtf::D:D:D

Does you oil presure pick up after you start out from the red light? If it does try changing out the oil pump.
