Torsion Key Adjusters?

I am a bit confused. I went and ordered my 12" Cognito kit. The guy told me it would be a true 10" with a 2" torsion key adjuster? He told me that they torsion keys will not be cracked up....Has anyone heard of torsion key adjusters??? I have no clue.

I have no idea. I would think that it would be like the other kits... just turning up the keys to add the extra inch or two. Maybe it doesn't turn them up, maybe it relocates or re-indexes them giving you more lift, with lower setting?
