Got some better pics

Last week I got a wild hair...since the truck sits all week long in the garage I figured I'd be Mr.Shine.

I used meguiars professional series. I first used a claybar, then used paint cleaner on a few spots, then glaze/polish and finally the Yellow wax. Talk about some serious shine. I am very pleased with the results.

I also got my silverado SS Cluster in finally!

I giveup on trying to post pics....Just click the link...lol

Looks great! I wish mine were that shiny right now! :ughdance:

Also, can you tell me what kind of lights ya put on for backup lights by the hitch? And what do you think of em? I was considering doing that myself. A buddy at work found a cheap set of small driving lights that he put on his ATV for extra lighting, but they're round and I really like the looks of those thin flat ones!

Thanks.

I got them at autozone ...I paid around $40 for them I think about a year ago. I had them on my last truck.

I tapped into the left and right backup light wire @ the wire block in the back on the drivers side. Once I tapped in, I wrapped the wires in electrical tape and put black wire loom over them. Then I zip-tied the wires out of the way and hid them.
