Owner's with 8.1 and Dual Battery Option

I just ordered a 2005 with 8.1L gas and the dual battery option and I want to install either a Volant or similar Cold Air Intake system on the truck. The location of the stock air box looks like the perfect location for the second battery. The local dealers don't have any on the lots and I can't find any engine bay photos with this option anywhere on the internet.

 

So where is the second battery located?

 

Does the stock airbox remain in place?

 

I'd like to know for sure before I order a cold air intake in case the air box is relocated with the dual battery option.

airbox is in the same place.

other battery is located on the firewall/passenger side.
