I looked on your website and I cant find the Westers pricing info.

Im considering this Westers deal, but I have a question first. On a stock 6.0 4WD CC 2500HD SLED will the Westers be limited in gains since Im all stock? I would think Id need to do other things before the Westers, like uncork the intake and exhaust. What sort of gains will I see?

My truck is a dog, especially since I added 285's. Now Im towing a heavy toy box trailer and it was so bad Im considering selling and going to an 8.1. Will the Westers really wake this truck up?

I used to see 13-14mpg around town, now Im at 12, and 6 towing. Ouch.

Changing out your gears would probably help you out alot instead of changing out your truck. Plus save you some buck too.

Mattt: The Westers programming will benefit stock and modified trucks. Customers have been seeing about 24-34hp from the 5.3 28-50hp from the 6.0 and 25-55 horsepower from the 8.1 motor. The spread depends on how aggressive the tuning is along with other modifications that are done to the vehicle. Fine tuning for other mods will sometimes make more of a different than just running those with the stock programming. The stock programming tends to be pretty conservative and Torque manangement really slows things down. Lyndon takes care off these issues

Does that price include the core charge? From what I read on the site, it seems to.

Since Im more on the stock end of things, would I see more like 28hp more? Hp is nice, but Im more interested in torque # gains. Do you know those #s?

What sort of other things would I need to do to be in that 50HP range?

The horsepower gain can vary. I'd expect closer to 28hp for a stock vehicle. Programming can be worth more as the vehicle is modied. This allows the combo to be fine tuned. Mods like a highflow induction, headers and exhaust are beneficial. Taking this a step further with a heads/cam package can provide a larger horsepwer gain and that is when programming is highly recommended.

I'll see if I can get some torque number for this.
