Lowering a Denali

Okay I need some guidance / advice. I'm wanting to do a 2/3 drop on my 04 Denali, but would like a little insight into the process. I have the automatic self-leveling suspension and want to be sure that nothing I do will adversely affect it. I've noticed that Belltech and Ground Force both offer 2/3 kits for these trucks, but I haven't had any luck finding out what is in those kits and how things spec out.

 

Can anyone give me a little guidance??

I would use either a McGaughy 2/3 deluxe kit or wait for the new Belltech kit that will be out in January 05 for the Denalis and Escalades. Both use a drop spindle in the front so you don't have to back off the torsion keys. As for the autoride, McGaughy supplies a templete to help you bend the linkages on the sensors to trick them. I don't know what Belltech will do. Ground Force supplys relocation brackets so the sensors think they are still in their correct positions.
